Overview
This Cookie Policy explains how Allodial Supply Co LLC, a subsidiary of Allodial Holdings LLC, uses cookies on allodialsupply.com and app.allodialsupply.com.
What Are Cookies
Cookies are small data files stored on your device when you visit a website. They let websites recognize your browser, keep you signed in, and remember preferences across page loads.
Two Categories, One Choice
Strictly necessary cookies keep you signed in and remember which distributor you are working in. They are always on, because without them the Service does not function. There is nothing to consent to and nothing we could turn off.
One marketing cookie, set by Klaviyo, runs our newsletter signup form and tells us which analyses get read. It is off until you accept it. Decline and the script that sets it is never loaded — not loaded-and-disabled, not loaded-and-ignored. Nothing else about the site changes either way.
We have never used advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or cross-site trackers, and we are not adding them.
Strictly Necessary Cookies
Always on. Set by us, on our own domains.
These are not optional and are not covered by the consent banner. Blocking them in your browser prevents you from signing in.
Marketing Cookie — Only If You Accept
Set by Klaviyo, our email platform, and only after you press Accept on the cookie banner. Present on the public marketing site (allodialsupply.com); not used inside the authenticated app.
This cookie is first-party and scoped to this site. It does not follow you to other websites, and Klaviyo does not use it to build an advertising profile of you. It can hold your email address once you have given it to us — for example by submitting the signup form or clicking a link in one of our emails.
Your choice is stored on your own device in browser localStorage under allodial-cookie-consent, not in a cookie — recording "this visitor declined tracking" by setting a tracking cookie would be a strange way to honour it. Nothing about that choice is sent to our servers.
Changing Your Mind
You can switch either way at any time. Declining after having accepted stops the script loading on your next page view; clearing your browser's site data for allodialsupply.com removes the cookie itself.
What We Don't Use
- No third-party advertising cookies
- No cross-site tracking pixels
- No retargeting
- No social media tracking cookies
- No third-party analytics services (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) that set their own cookies
- No cookies of any kind that we set without asking you first, beyond the strictly necessary ones above
If we ever add another non-essential cookie, it goes behind the same consent gate and this page is updated before it ships.
Cookies and Connected Integrations
Connecting QuickBooks Online happens through Intuit's own OAuth pages, which may set their own cookies under their own policies. We do not control those cookies. The OAuth tokens we receive are not cookies and are stored encrypted on our servers — see the Privacy Policy for how we handle them.
How to Manage Cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings — most browsers allow you to block, delete, or restrict them. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in or using authenticated features.
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and Security → Cookies and other site data
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions
Changes
If our cookie usage changes, we will update this page and the date above.
