What is Allodial Predict?

Allodial Predict is a B2B SaaS platform for supply distributors. It reads your order history, learns how often each account normally orders, and each day names the accounts that have broken their own pattern — while there is still enough runway to call them. Distributors rarely lose an account in a single moment. They lose it to drift nobody noticed.

How does the detection work?

Every account gets a baseline built from its own order dates: how many days normally pass between its purchases. Orders placed within three days of each other are treated as one purchase, so a split shipment does not read as two, and nothing is claimed at all below four clustered orders. Each day the gap since the last order is compared to that account's own baseline, and the accounts that broke their pattern land on one short list — capped so it stays workable, one row per account.

Does this use AI or external data?

Detection is fully deterministic. The level, the priority, the sentence explaining a flag and the recommended action are arithmetic on your order dates and amounts, computed inside your own database — run the same data twice and you get the same list twice. No model participates in any of it. Allobot, our in-app assistant, and the CSV column matcher do send operational context to OpenAI under its API terms to help you interpret and map your data. Your data is never used to train AI models, and nothing an AI returns decides anything about an account.

How do I know it would have caught anything?

Run Replay. It applies exactly the same rules to your own order history and shows you which accounts drifted, the date each one would have been flagged, how many days of warning that would have given you, and what each account was worth. It is free, needs no account, and runs entirely in your browser — the file never leaves your machine.

What data do I need to get started?

Three columns on every order you have shipped: a customer identifier, an order date, and an order amount. Customer codes work fine if you would rather not send names. Product or SKU, quantity, the salesperson on each account, and contact details all make the list more useful, but none of them are required.

Does it integrate with my existing systems?

Yes. Allodial Predict reads order history from Prophet 21, Eclipse, or QuickBooks Online, or from a plain CSV export if you would rather not connect anything. Sync is read-only: nothing is written to your system unless you explicitly push a specific document. Core includes one connection, Professional three, Complete unlimited. Detection is identical on all three.

What does 'alpha' mean for this product?

The core platform is fully functional and being used in real distribution operations. Alpha means we're onboarding selectively, working directly with each partner during setup, and actively expanding capabilities based on real-world feedback. It is not a prototype.

Is the platform stable enough to use?

Yes. Production infrastructure runs on Supabase and Vercel, both enterprise-grade platforms. The platform is designed for production use. Alpha refers to the onboarding model — selective and supported — not to software maturity.

What is the 'locked preferred pricing' for alpha partners?

Alpha partners who subscribe lock in a pricing tier permanently. Standard pricing for future customers will be higher. The preferred rate is a structural commitment — not a promo code or discount that expires.

What happens if I don't subscribe after my trial?

Nothing is charged, and nothing is deleted. Your account moves to read-only when the trial ends, so you can still open it and export your data. It stays that way until you either subscribe or ask us to close the account; deletion only happens on your request, within 30 days of it.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All data is stored on Supabase (Postgres) with row-level security enforced at the database layer. Your data is completely isolated from other tenants. All transport uses HTTPS with HSTS enforced.

Does Allodial Predict use my data to train AI models?

No. Your data is never used to train AI models, sold, or shared for advertising. Detection itself is deterministic and runs inside your account's database — no model sees it and no model decides which accounts get flagged. The Allobot assistant and the CSV column matcher do process limited operational context (customer names, account summaries, sample rows from a file you are importing) through OpenAI under its API terms, never for model training.

Where is my data stored?

Data is stored on Supabase's infrastructure. Compute runs on Vercel. Both platforms operate enterprise-grade infrastructure. Specific region availability depends on your account's configuration.

What devices does it work on?

Allodial Predict is fully web-based and responsive. It works on any modern browser across desktop, tablet, and mobile. No app installation required.
