Read-only, and an export is always enough

QuickBooks Online and Odoo connect directly, and both only read. Every other system works through an order history export, and an export works just as well. It is also how you can test the whole thing before connecting anything.

What read-only means here

No order, quote or record is created or changed in your system. Allodial never writes to QuickBooks or Odoo.

QuickBooks Online

Customers, invoices and sales receipts, items. Ordering rhythm is visible in invoice history alone.

Odoo

Odoo 16 and later, online or self-hosted, connected with an Odoo API key. Posted invoices and credit notes, customers, products and their categories, salespeople. Turned on for your company when we set it up with you.

Works through an export

Export

Every other system works through a standard order history export, CSV or Excel, loaded on Imports. The same file runs the free check. Nothing touches the system itself.

CSV export

Any system that exports order history. A customer, a date and an amount per line is enough, and it is how the free check works.

Test it before you connect anything
