Who owns which account
QuickBooks has no dependable salesperson field, so account ownership comes from a CSV column or is set in the app. It takes a few minutes once.
Sync is read-only, over the official QuickBooks Online API. Nothing is written on a schedule or automatically — a document is created in QuickBooks only when you explicitly push one.
Test it on an export first
