Allo home
The page you land on after signing in: ask Allo anything, then work what is due.
At the top, a greeting by the time of day where you are (your time zone in Settings, Profile, else your browser's), then one line written from your own accounts: a follow-up you promised for today, orders back after your calls since your last visit, or how many accounts need you and which one to start with. Every name in it links to its account.
Under it, one line about last night's run: the accounts that started slipping, went quiet or stopped buying a product line since the run before, and the ones that ordered again ("came back after your call" when the order followed a call you logged; the app never says a call saved an account). One account is named and links to its page; two or more are counted and link to Accounts. With nothing new it says "Nothing changed last night."
Then a box to ask Allo anything, a few suggested chats under it, and your recent chats under those, with All recent. Press Enter to ask and the page turns into the chat: your question shows at once and the answer comes in as it is written. The sidebar's Ask Allo and Recent are not shown on Home, because the box and the list are right here.
Every suggested chat is built from what Allo's own tools return for you right now, so a starter that says 4 accounts drifted off a product line is one Allo will find when you click it. When there is nothing to suggest, none is shown.
Below, in this order: when Allo prepared something overnight, one line to review it; Your next call, the one account to work first, with its status, the reason, its 12-month revenue, two lines to open the call with, and Log call, Draft and Skip, then the next two and See all, which opens the full list; Recommended plays; on Monday Your week and on Friday What came back this week; your follow-ups due and drafts waiting; and, for owners, managers and branch managers, this month's team goals when Goals is on and the campaigns running. A card with nothing in it is not shown.
For owners, managers and branch managers with Campaigns on, Recommended plays: up to three kinds of campaign with your own numbers, such as "Win back 3 accounts that went quiet" and their 12-month revenue. Each opens New campaign with that kind filled in, showing the same accounts. A play with no accounts is not shown.
A company with no order history yet sees the first steps instead: upload your order history, see who is drifting, call the first one, and log what happened. An owner can turn Allo home off in Settings, Features; everyone then lands on Today.
