Campaigns

Plan a push on a set of accounts; launching puts the follow-ups and email drafts on each rep's list.

Optional

Off until an owner turns it on in Settings, Features. It is on every plan.

Six types, each with a default plan you can change: Win-back (accounts gone quiet, or nothing ordered in more than six months), Shrinking accounts, Line drift recovery, Expansion (lines similar accounts also buy), New account ramp and Seasonal pre-buy. Every account in the audience shows why it is there, in the words of the rule that put it there.

The audience is the type's accounts, narrowed if you like by a saved Accounts view, a product line or a branch. It is read again and frozen when you launch, so the campaign page always shows who was in it.

Steps are a call task, an email, a follow-up after a number of days, a check-in note and a manager review. Launching writes a real follow-up for each step on the account's own rep's list on the step's date (unassigned accounts go to the campaign lead), and a draft for each email step, written from the account's own orders and checked against the save playbook. Nothing is sent: the rep reads, edits and sends each email themselves.

The campaign page shows the audience with reasons, the steps and how many are done, the people working it, and its results: accounts contacted, accounts reached (a reply counts only when someone logs Reached them; email replies are not read), outcomes logged, accounts that came back after contact (an order in the 60 days after a logged contact) and the revenue from those orders. It never says the campaign caused an order.

An optional holdout leaves a share of the audience uncontacted, so you can compare how often contacted accounts came back with how often untouched ones did. It is off by default.

Pause sets aside the follow-ups not yet due and Resume puts them back; Mark done clears the ones not yet due. Undo launch removes the follow-ups nobody has worked and the unsent drafts, and makes the campaign a draft again. A campaign Allo builds is an Allo plan: approve it once, watch it set up, and Undo the whole plan from its summary.

Where
Campaigns, in the sidebar, once an owner turns Campaigns on in Settings, Features. Build one with New campaign, or ask Allo ("Build a win-back campaign for the accounts that went quiet").
Who
Owners and managers build and launch campaigns for the company; a branch manager for their own branches. A rep sees the campaigns with steps on their own accounts, and only those accounts. A viewer reads every campaign.
