Chats
Your conversations with Allo, kept as chats you can come back to.
Every question you ask Allo, from Allo home, a chat page or Ask Allo about this page, is kept in a chat with a title from your first question. Rename, pin, search or delete a chat from Chats.
A chat started from an account or a product line stays about that account or line, so "this account" means the one you started from.
An owner can turn Chats off in Settings, Features. Allo still answers in the panel; nothing is kept.
- Where
- On Home, under the chat box: Recent chats, your six newest chats and campaigns with pinned chats first, and All recent. On every other page, the Allo group in the sidebar: Ask Allo for a new chat, then Recent, your five newest, and All recent. Every chat is at Chats.
- Who
- Everyone with Allo except the import-only seat. A chat is yours alone; you can share one read-only with a teammate.
