Off until an owner turns it on in Settings, Features. It is on every plan.
Similar accounts are accounts of a comparable size with the same customer type from your import, or, when no type was imported, accounts sharing part of the same buying mix. Nothing is shown unless at least ten such accounts exist.
It is always worded as similar accounts also buy: a reason to ask, never a claim about what the account needs or buys anywhere else.

- Owners, managers, branch managers and reps; a rep sees their own accounts.
