Goals
Simple monthly goals for how the team works its accounts.
Optional
Off until an owner turns it on in Settings, Features. It is on every plan.
Goals cover the share of flags worked within two business days, accounts not contacted in 90 days, and follow-ups done on time. There are no revenue goals, because an order cannot be credited to a call.
