Mentions and handoffs
Mention a teammate in a note, and move a leaving rep's accounts in one step.
Optional
Off until an owner turns it on in Settings, Features. It is on every plan.
A mention sends that teammate an alert with a link to the note.
A handoff moves every account a rep holds, with its follow-ups and open drafts, to one or more teammates in one step. With more than one teammate the accounts are split evenly by the last 12 months of revenue, and the preview shows who gets how many before you confirm. It keeps the history, and adds a note to each account saying it was handed over.
- Where
- Type @ and a name in a note on an account. Handoffs are on Team, for owners.
- Who
- Mentions: anyone who can add a note. Handoffs: owners.
