Daily list
Each morning, the accounts that broke their pattern
Today is one short list: the accounts to recover, retain, reorder or grow, highest priority first, each with the reason in plain words and what it is worth.
How it works
- 01Every night each account is measured against its own ordering rhythm, its spend a year earlier and the product lines it usually buys.
- 02The accounts that broke their pattern go on one list, one row per account, capped so it stays workable. The rest wait and come back as their signal strengthens.
- 03Each row says why in a sentence a rep can repeat, offers a drafted opener labelled as drafted, and takes an outcome in two clicks. Logging one takes the account off the list.
- 04A short morning briefing at the top says what changed since yesterday and who to call first, from the same numbers as the list.
Who uses it
- Reps
- Their own accounts, ranked, with the opener and one click to log what happened.
- Sales managers
- Every rep's list and coverage by rep, so nothing flagged sits unassigned.
- Owners
- Revenue at stake, what came back after contact, and any product line several accounts have left together.
In the help center
- The morning briefing A short note at the top of the full list (See all on Home): what changed, who to call first, and what is due.
- Follow-ups and tasks Set a dated follow-up on an account so it comes back to you on Today.
Every feature is on every plan. See pricing.
