Product lines and clusters
Catch the account that stopped buying one thing
Line drift finds the account still ordering from you that has nearly stopped buying one product line. When several drop the same line together, they show up as one cluster.
How it works
- 01An account that bought a line in most of the last year and has bought almost none of it in the last 90 days, while still ordering overall, is flagged on that line.
- 02Three or more accounts leaving the same line within 60 days of each other become one cluster, with the revenue between them and how many accounts still buy it.
- 03A product that does not map to a line is left out and counted, never guessed. Coverage is shown on every flag.
