Scorecards
How every account, rep and team is doing, in parts
Scorecards for each account, each rep, the team and the company. Each part says how it is worked out, and nothing is blended into a single number.
Optional
The product line scorecard is off until you turn it on in Settings, Features. It is on every plan.
How it works
- 01The account scorecard sits at the top of each account page: rhythm, spend against the same months last year, level and why, lines bought, last contact and open follow-ups.
- 02The rep scorecard covers a week, a month or a quarter: flags raised, the share contacted within two business days, outcomes, follow-ups on time and revenue back after contact. Click any number to see its rows.
- 03The team scorecard puts every rep side by side; the company scorecard and a Monday email give owners one view.
- 04The product line scorecard (each line's buyers, who stopped, and retention) is optional.
